I. Financial Statement II. Motion to pay for anyone taking IN judging course – Chad Ford 2nded – Steve Lopacki Passed Unanimously III. Awards for State Meet – Who should pay – State or host gym? - Barry proposes for
splitting the cost – State pays for banners; club pays for awards. - Bo Morris proposes adding cost of both together and then splitting it 50/50. - Barry Pruitt proposes State keeps inventory of awards; club pays for what it uses. * Motion by Andy Poe to adopt above two proposals 2nded by Steve Lopacki Passes Unanimously IV. Checking account status still in limbo – no solution in sight. V. State Meet – March 19th & 20th, 2005 @ Interactive Academy - Chad Ford asks for consistency with age groups (statewide). - Pros and Cons of idea are discussed - Conclusion: unfair to 7 year-olds to compete against 9 year-olds * Motion to split Level 5 (7 – 9 yr. olds) into (7 yr. olds) & (8 – 9 yr. olds) – Chad Ford 2nded by Steve Lopacki Passed 11 – 3 * Motion to group Level 5 (7 – 8 yr. olds) & (9 yr. olds) – Chad Ford 2nded by Dennis Winslow Passed 11 – 3 !
