If you are going to take the National Course, you need to do three things...

1)  Practice your symbols!
2)  Download the Men's FIG Code of Points at http://bios.fig-gymnastics.com/down.htm?@_TEMPLATE=15&@_ID=9791
3)  Go to the National Course in Indianapolis on November 19th AND 20th
4)  Practice your symbols again!
5)  Email Eric Gaspard as he will keep track of the judges this year and he will be emailing you the final place and time of the course  eforce1061@sbcglobal.net
6)  Practice your symbols some more!

The FIG Code is actually easier to judge as opposed to last quadrennium.  Do not be intimidated!  We will teach you almost everything that you need to know.  You just have to do the work (just like I tell my gymnasts).

If you need any help, email me.  If you know of someone that wants to take the course, tell them to email me.

See you then!

Barry
