IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT STATE!!!!  Please note that the State meet location (Evansville, Indiana) is in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE!  They are an hour behind Indy and most areas in Indiana...  please make a note of it... 

2-18-2010 ---- The web site for the 2010 Junior Olympic National Championships being held in Knoxville, TN, May 5 to 9 is up and ready for use. This web site contains all pertinent information for the 2010 Junior Olympic National Championships.

The date for the 2009 Future Stars Championships is November 5 to 7 at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The 2009 Men’s Coaches Workshop will be conducted in conjunction with the Future Stars Championships and will run from November 5 to 8.  More complete information on both the Future Stars Championships and the Coaches Workshop will be posted following the 2009 Visa Championships.

If you have not registered on the Region 5 site to edit/update your roster,  please go do that now.  If for some reason you, or one of your assistants, cannot find the time to enter/update your roster on the Region 5 site, please send Sonja your roster ASAP.  She needs first name, last name, DOB, USAG #, and Level for each boy competing for your gym.  If you could put it in an Excel Spreadsheet, that would save some time on entry too.  Thanks!
