Region V is made up of five states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Click on one of the Region 5 State Websites link to the left to go to that state's official web-page (external from this site).
Other useful links that can be found to the left on each Region V Men's page are the ones for items concerning Region V itself, miscellaneous items from the NGJA (National Gymnastics Judges Assn.), a Directory, Meet Info/Schedules (when available), and items concerning the Future Stars program.
Be sure to check the USAG Event Calendar for a complete list of men's gymnastics events. Soon you will be able to see Region 5 Meets in list form CLICK HERE. And you will be able to see a comprehensive meet calendar by clicking on the "Meets Across the US" link to the left OR you will be able to CLICK HERE to see the year at a glance.

The Region V Coaching Staff will be conducting a “Future Stars Preparation Workshop” on September 17th-19th,2010. The workshop is open to anyone wishing to participate in the Future Stars Program or would like to learn more about it. This event has been specifically designed for Coaches, Gymnasts, and Parents.
The workshop will focus primarily on the development of the Future Stars Routines as well as basic development. In addition, there will be lectures for both parents and coaches that are non-specific to the Future Stars Program. Athletes will participate during the training sessions on Saturday and Sunday will need to be dressed for training.
When: Friday through Sunday, September 17th-19th, 2010.
